The Tasmanian Club de Tango is holding its AGM at St Xavier’s Church Hall, South Hobart, at 7:00pm on Friday, October 2, 2020.
AGM
Both members and non-members are welcome to attend. However, to vote at the AGM, you need to be a financial member. For those who were financial members in FY2019/20 their membership has been extended to October 31 so that they can vote. If you were not a member in FY2019/20, but wish to join and vote at AGM, a $10 interim membership (until October 31) is available. This can be paid via EFT on the AGM night or via direct deposit (instruction below) prior to the AGM.
Milonga
A milonga will follow the AGM. It will start at 8:15pm at the same venue. The admission to the milonga is $10. EFT payment is available at the venue.

There is a limit in the number of attendees. To register your attendance to the AGM and/or milonga, please, reply to SMS invitation (sent 25/09/20) saying “AGM Yes” and/or “Milonga Yes”. If you did not receive the SMS and wish to attend, please, send an email to tasclubdetango@gmail.com saying “AGM Yes” and/or “Milonga Yes” with your name.
