Notice of Annual General Meeting

Tasmanian Club de Tango Annual General Meeting will be held at 7:00pm on the 22nd October 2022.

The meeting will commence at 7:00pm in the Gibson Hall, Hobart Baptist Church, 284 Elizabeth Street, North Hobart. A final agenda will be circulate closer to the meeting date.

Members are invited to forward items for discussion / decision to the committee for inclusion on the agenda by COB 6th October. Please provide some detail to of the discussion / decision requested so as to inform possible length of time to be allocated and any prior preparation that may be required.

Members are also invited to nominate themselves or another member for a position of the committee.

Positions are:

  • President
  • Vice-President
  • Treasurer
  • Secretary
  • Ordinary Members (up to five positions)

Nominations should reach the committee no later than COB 6th October.
